PRELIMINARY WORK
Based on preliminary qualitative studies of community stakeholders and partners, we have identified the following 3 phases that we will incorporate into our program to achieve our desired outcomes.

PHASE 1
Engage at-risk community members from 16 to 21 years of age to create favorable reduction and prevention effects and leverage trust-building tactics.

PHASE 2
Engage pre-risk community members from 13-16 (but accepting as young as ten) years of age to interdict the threat of violence utilizing skill building and developmental tactics.

PHASE 3
Engage all program participants as it relates to helping them develop positive alternatives to violence.
